What to expect
Our system could not be easier. We can offer a visit or send you samples if required, to help you or your client choose the lamps and shades which will suit the event.
Our lamps are elegant period designs which give an ambient light. The rechargeable lights (LEDs) are supplied fully charged, however if they are required for more than 1night then recharging trays can be supplied.
Once you have made your decision, we will then send you a quote. When you have confirmed your order, we will invoice you and a deposit will be required as a booking fee.The balance will be due 4 weeks before the event. If you book within 1 month of the event full payment will be requested with your order. Goods are either delivered and collected personally or we use a transport company.
We pack our lamps with great care ensuring they arrive with you in perfect condition for your event, we ask that the packaging we supply is retained and the lamps are packed in the same way for their safe return.
